Francis Scott Key Family Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Amenities amazing , kids had a blast in the indoor play pool and the parents had a blast on the outdoor pool . The grill was a plus although restaurants near by were cost effective . Staff at check in was nice , we were 3 separate bookings and they put us near by at last request. The cleaning needs improvement , the floor had seeds from previous guests , towers smelled weird and the conditioner bottle was half used and dirty marks on it . Although was a great experience and recommend for families with small kids ."

"Clean rooms, nice balcony,friendly staff,the air conditioner wasn’t working in my first day there. But the staff was nice enough to switch my room the next day. I also had a wet carpet… overall the place is ok, close to the beach"

"Really loved the hotel but def needs cable tv for night time watching. You only get a couple channels and they all suck lol! Beds were comfy and the shower water was piping hot, which I loved. The view from our balcony, ocean block, was amazing. The AC makes no sound so if you need a fan sound to sleep, bring your own. I was discouraged reading so many other bad reviews on here but glad I gave it a try anyway. The staff were wonderful and so helpful so tidelands def deserves all stars. I could see the parking being an issue too but almost anywhere downtown is like that. We stayed end of August and had a great parking spot. You’re in walking distance to anything you’d need so once you’re parked you are set."
