"I found this hotel amazing the yacht itself was luxurious but the bed in the hotel was so uncomfortable and literally didn’t sleep a wink also the breakfast was disappointing admittedly I arrived at 9.40am but the limited food left was very below the standard I expected for such a luxurious hotel, I would stay again if there were comfier beds, I stayed in a dockside suite"

"Beautiful views of Tower Bridge right on the Thames. Lifts get slow and full during peak times. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bars, beer garden, Underground stations, and more either on site or near by. "

"My partner and I had a lovely two day stay here. The room was company but beautifully finished. The bed and linen were extremely comfortable and the floor to ceiling windows let in a lot of natural light. The bathroom although small was very clean and had a lovely waterfall shower."

"We had a great stay and arrived to be told we had been selected as “VIP guests of the day” which was a nice surprise. We had a room upgrade and executive lounge access which was lovely. The bathroom facilities, particularly the shower heads, needed a clean, but the upgraded room view was amazing."

"Great facilities and clean hotel/room. Easy accessibility to the airport, very convenient. Just a lack of information and can't be bothered attitude given by the receptionist and I felt like I had to drag information out of them about basic facilities and the lack of common sense from bar staff giving me a dirty glass with lipstick on it. When I pointed it out he asked me if I wanted him to pour it into another glass or make a fresh one? No I don't want covid or any other virus during my holiday thank you. Other than that I think its a fine stay. "
