"The staff were very attentive. Mobile check in was a breeze and they had a crib ready for our baby within a few minutes. Happy hour in the mezzanine was a great addition with 2 free drinks and some snacks, but be quick the lines can get long fast. Pool was a little on the cool side but very refreshing and towels were supplied. Shower pressure in the room was a little low but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites River North"

"Love the location of this hotel! I was disappointed the outside patio was under construction with no notice. Bed sheets were actually dirty upon initial stay and only noticed a few days later- you need to inspect rooms before guests come. "

"The rooms were spacious and nice. We ate dinner at the bar and our bar tender was attentive and very friendly. Food was delicious. You are very close to the tunnel that takes you to Lake Michigan to get to the trail and the beach."
