"Stayed there for the convenience, no amenities in the room, ac fan did not work and power cord to lamp and charging outlets next to bed did not work. Soundproof room did not stop us from hearing the elevator bell ding repeatedly from 5:00 am on"

"No hot water was my biggest complaint ! Mostly old rooms even in the “updated” sections . It was clean- just old. If u are looking for a place to spend the night close to Michigan Ave then it fine but it’s not a fancy place by any means."

"I would never recommend this hotel! The web site is misleading to make people think the hotel is high end and has great rooms. Most of the hotel is a hostel. Our room smelled terrible and the sheets were dirty so we did not stay. We also felt uncomfortable with the people standing outside in front of the hotel."
