"The property was well kept and has breakfast options that made it really convenient for family with small children. Also, the staff was very helpful. "

"The staff was extremely polite and courteous. The condition inside and out were absolutely in need of total repairs. Cement debri and trash outside, trash containers overflowing. The inside lobby was great but elevator dirty, carpet to room was filthy, inside room couch was patched with a prior matching pillow, window sill was a patched piece of plywood, darking curtains was duct taped and view out window was a dilapidated falling down rental. Can’t believe they feel good about charging for a $250+ room for a night"

"Courteous staff. Nice rooms. No fault of juniper springs resort, too much snow I guess for mammoth to open was shut down and closed for two straight days. Resort was nice "

"Great location. Comfortable for two people. Place is small but cozy. Walls are thin you can hear neighbors next door and above but wasn’t a huge issue. Complex was pretty quiet. Great wood burning fireplace! Renters only provide a small amount of firewood so keep that in mind. We had to buy a few extra bundles to get us through a few nights. Also noticed they didn’t have any fire place tools to handle the fire and wood. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "
