Well-appointed rooms, quiet relaxing setting, and gracious hospitality create a truly outstanding bed-and-breakfast experience. Mariam, our hostess, was caring and attentive throughout our stay, and served breakfast deserving a Michelin Star. In summary, staying at the Grayson is a 5-Star experience! "Clean room, soft comfortable beds, the shower has fantastic water pressure and the water gets hot, which is nice. Also a possive for us was we couldn't hear noise from cars driving by or even the sirens from emergency vehicles going by. The breakfast was phenomenal and had different options. Liked the added feel of security when using the elevators because you had to tap your room key to get the elevator to move from the lobby floor."

"This hotel is a gem. It’s perfect for the low-maintenance traveler that just wants a clean room and a friendly staff. I didn’t use the roof deck or the free bikes but it was nice to know they were there if I wanted. The reviews about the homeless population are overblown and likely from people who haven’t been in bigger cities before or who just have a dim view of their fellow humans. Check yourself. Grab a bus pass and live a little. This will be my go-to in Seattle from now on. Great location. Great staff. Clean room. If you need more than that from a reasonably priced hotel, stay at home in Peoria."
