"Clean house and good communication. Disappointed that the listing said pool and spa was included, but then they charged 40/Day to use the pools and spa. Nice hosts, were never in out way and kept a clean property. Parking was a surprising problem, being right across from a popular park and sports fields."

"We could just walk to the Grocery Outlet to buy food and other essentials.It was really quiet neighborhood. The parking arrangement for the address was not as described but for a different address in a different housing cluster just adjacent to ours.We had adequate parking for our two Prius’s."

"All of the above. Really was impressed by the friendly welcoming staff & the ease of staying in a clean & comfortable place. The only struggle was that the streets are very busy & noisy, yet thankfully my room was still quiet overall. The overall hotel was a true sanctuary away from the chaos that is fairly constant in Pattaya City. Lisa"
