"Rooms are clean comfortable and quiet/staff member did not facilitate me with a wash room after 2 attempts and send me across the street to the mall to use a wash room when I badly needed to go./ parking was good/ shops were in close proximity. This experience had leave a bad taste in my mouth knowing that a hotel doesn’t have a lobby wash room to use incase you need one and the staff member didn’t offer me any options on site."

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel is a comfortable walking distance from everything downtown. Lots of restaurants close by. Staff were lovely. Parking costs were atrocious, however that's a consequence of being in a hotel downtown."

"Some things looked shabby and some hall floors were dirty. In the breakfast room, the floors were not swept daily. The curtains in my room were torn. My little coffee pot didn’t work but I was able to access hot water for my tea from the water dispensers downstairs in the hallway, which was not always easy while I was caring for my grandson."
