"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the hotel provided everything needed for a comfortable visit. The main drawback was the room size. Even for Tokyo, the rooms felt quite small, which may be challenging for guests with larger luggage or those staying for an extended period. The staff were polite and friendly. While some requests were handled more effectively than others, they were always courteous and made an effort to assist. Breakfast was good, although I would describe it as slightly above average rather than exceptional. There was a decent variety of options, and it was a convenient way to start the day. The hotel is not located in the heart of the city, but transportation is very convenient. Several metro (Iidabashi) and train (JR) stations are within a short walking distance, making it easy to reach Tokyo's major attractions. While the hotel did not particularly stand out compared with some other places I have stayed, it offered good value, a comfortable experience, and reliable access to public transportation."

"Con. 1. Centralized AC/heater. Setting setting to max and auto does little. Had to ask for fan to circulate air in room. Other hotels have standalone individual ac. In May/June room can be very stuffy 2. Pillows is soso 3. Mattress is okay. Better than APA 4.Fridge is small 5. Sound proof barrier is lacking... I vs hear neighbours talking 🤔 Benedits 1. Location, hotel connected to mall but keep in mind most store closes at 7pm 2. Pokemon lovers lots of gyms and stops accessible from room 3. Average 14-15 mins walk 4. Airport shuttle bus to haneda /Narita. You need to book with the hotel staff 5. Family mart at main floor 6. The only hotel I been to that have big washroom is a major plus"

"The staff were absolutely lovely. There was a gentleman specifically (i didn’t get his name unfortunately) in the lobby in the early afternoon of 06/02 who was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect. Right next to a train station. When we were staying, the ac in the lobby area was getting worked on, so the elevators were a bit muggy. The ac in the rooms was good though. I felt as if the bathroom and carpeting were a bit outdated, but nothing horrible. I would stay here again if I were in Shinjuku."

"Well located, modern hotel with great bar and restaurants aplenty all around it. Rooms are smaller and a little cramped if you have much luggage, but manageable. It’s set up well to receive and store luggage. But doesn’t have a waiting area - this isn’t encouraged, so if you have wait time for transit ( longer period not short waits) then there are not options. Views are stunning."
