"The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful. Always willing to help you with anything. The hotel was super clean, great toiletries, complimentary water. Close to a family mart and 7/11. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor."

"Food was great, service was great, but room was tiny! However, I think this is normal for most single person rooms in Japan and given its size, the layout worked well enough."

"It’s a clean hotel 10 min walk from Shinjuku station. But rooms are quite cramped. The hallway is not wide enough to open a large (30 in) suitcase. It’s ok for a short business trip and just a small (26 in) suitcase, but probably too small if you are staying longer and do lots of shopping (I.e it won’t work if you are a couple traveling with two large suitcases per person)"

"The hotel is in a great location if you’re interested in a bit of night life. But for everything else I would skip it. The rooms are very small, not very clean and feel quite dated. The elevators get filled up during check out and could take 30mins before you can escape (no stairs). Unless you really NEED to stay here, don’t."

"The staff had excellent customer service, helpful, and friendly. We were given fresh towels every day even if we didnt request our room to be serviced. The laundry facility was great and the air conditioning was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again"

"Despite a minor setback with our original room having an odor from cigarettes and an issue with the AC, the staff quickly rectified the situation. In fact we ended up in a junior suite which looked over the gardens and turned out amazing. The decor is classic European style. The hotel is centrally located, but in a quieter part of the city, with easy commutes by train, taxi or walking to many of Tokyos best sites. Theres also a free shuttle bus to a major train station. You must try the hotel breakfast buffet, a combination of Japanese and American cuisine. Overall a delightful stay."

"Nice hotel, close to transit. Not a huge room, but very clean. Room large enough to have 2 suitcases opened at the same time for packing. Check hotel bar hours to make sure they are open before visiting, we tried to visit both and both were closed or had called last call for 9pm."

"Lovely, friendly staff and rooms spotless. Dining was great for breakfast and evening meal The Jr line is literally right across the street from the hotel. You’ll find an abundance of everything. From clothing, to shopping and all the rest. I honestly will have to say, the staff was beyond. My only complaint is the toilet paper is way too thin. This is not charmin. Beside that you will love your stay. "
