"A great, cute and quiet retreat, which I regrettably only stayed in for one night, as I enjoyed eating my takeaway pizza (rock'n'roll) sat out as the sun set and listening to the wildlife. Would definitely return if I'm in the area again, recommend."

"Dark and gloomy area, not safe seeming at all. We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. Floor between living area and dining was cracked and constantly tripped people up. No dishwasher tablets also but overall most things we could have gotten over but sending wrong address just set the tone for a poor experience.Overall shabby and...

"Biggest positive was communication - helped us out massively with confusion over booking. Quick communication much appreciated. Regarding the property - It was a base for a night. Everything was on the budget side of things. Clean beds and towels. It just needed a thorough spring clean. Random cutlery pots and pans were all mish mash and needed cleaning before use. Weekend Stopover.

"Dipped in to Derby to visit relatives on the way back from holiday and stayed Fri to Mon at Eastwood Hall. Beautiful location, lovely grounds, clean and spacious room (one of the bath robes was grubby but nit picking). Lots of secure parking, very friendly front of house staff and housekeeping were really on the ball. We will definitely stay again when next down that way."
