"What I didn’t like were the following: I arrived to check in just after 3pm to be told that my room wasn’t ready so I had to wait an hour in the lobby, although they did give me a drink while I waited. When I got into the room I noticed the carpet was quite dirty, with bits of things in several areas indicating it had not been vacuumed. "The hotel is wonderful, very friendly and thoughtful staff. The restaurants are lovely and the rooftop is a must for the drinks and view. "

"Nice stay, 3-4 mins walk to nearest tube, fairly big hotel, decent size room and slept well. Reception staff were very friendly, happy to help with directions, taxi's etc. Room was clean although quite dated and def needs some TLC but for the price it was good value for money and would have no issue staying again."
