The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly. There are two pools and a restaurant next door as well as a pretty cool rooftop bar. There is construction going on around the entrance, but it will be done in time. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location, close to the beach. Great service and food at the hotel area. Close to restaurants and shopping center.

The staff was very friendly, the beach was awesome, the pool was very nice and the room and complex were very clean. The price was a bit steep but certainly in line with the rest of the area. I suppose it’s to be expected when traveling at peak season.

Ideally located right next to the airport, the place is run very efficiently, it's clean and tight, the amenities are nice for what you need on an overnight stay or a business travel. Highly recommend this accommodation if you're in Sarasota for a short stay.

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. Great location, great pool, great people

We had a great experience . We saw Manatee in the canal right off the deck. Room was great and spacious. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

Staff made us feel very special, pools were amazing, parking was very convenient, spa was phenomenal!

Clean and comfortable! The hotel staff was friendly and provided a pack and play crib for our infant son free of charge.

Marina at the front desk was AMAZING, she guided us to the best room for our stay, and recommend a fishing charter that we enjoyed immensely, thanks to Capt. Norris.

The hotel is perfectly located. We walked everywhere. When it was raining, we were offered a free car service to a local restaurant. The free breakfast was great! The only drawback is the small, extremely shallow pool.

We had a great time, the building looks brand new and our micro efficiency was all we needed for a quick 3 day stay. We spent our days at the pool which has great patio furniture and huge umbrellas. Very quiet! I like how the beach is across the street and easy to walk to without having to deal with all the noise and craziness that comes with being on the beach. You can see the sunrise if you have a room with a bay view and then watch the sunset across the street on the beach later! Would stay again!

The place was just as listed. Dan and Amy were amazing and accommodating to all our needs. Answered any question we had prior to arrival and during our stay.
