Great location, nice property, excellent communication with the host!

It was our first time at a Genteel property and we were quite impressed with how responsive and professional their customer service team was. The team got back to us promptly prior to our arrival and throughout our stay with any questions or concerns we had 24/7. Also, their digital access to detailed instructions on how to use each appliance in the apartment as well as recommended local restaurants, museums, taxi stands, supermarkets, pharmacies, made it very convenient….feels like I had a...

Great staff! Great rooms! Good coffee in the rooms. Close to the action without being loud. Would stay again!

Great property, staff and location. Will visit the next time I travel there

Boutique hotel with excellent service!!! Staff was friendly and always available. Location can’t be beat if you’re exploring Seville! Note that if you’re using Uber, they have to drop you off a block away, not really a big issue.

is a very nice property , nice service he staff is amazing

You cannot beat this location. Probably the best location in Seville. Hotel is clean and brand new. Bathroom area is very open but probably a new concept. Personally don’t like the sink area as part of the room but overall great location, clean and very well kept property. The rooftop is amazing. Location, location, location.

Most beautiful and chic hotel. Everything was perfect!

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. I was on a trip to Spain and France and stayed in 5 different hotels...this was by far my favorite. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, very clean and the staff upgraded my room because they said the one I reserved was "very small" and they had a bigger one available (!!). I stayed here after traveling for 24 hours and it was relaxing and quiet and allowed me to get the rest I needed. The breakfast, which was included, was beautiful. The location was also...

Room size and cleanliness Helpful staff. Proximity to main attractions and restaurants

Property was centrally located, we walked everywhere. Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The only mishap we had was our unit only had a washer and not a dryer but they gave us to hanging stands and clothes dried quickly. Our friends unit had both washer and dryer in there’s.

Perfect location, staff, facility, breakfast. Everything was on the spot.

The Adriano had gorgeous rooms and lobby. The staff is wonderful and do helpful. I took the AirPort Express bus in & out from the airport which is quick, close & easy.

We had a great

This place is 10 minutes(walk) away from Plaza de España and 15 minutes from Alcazar and cathedral. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were amazing, polite and very helpful. The amenities were well thought out. I would give 10/10. It’s in a very safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.
