"Beautiful view but much older and dated than expected. Shower doesn't drain well and room despite being very clean was very musty, had to air it out every time we didn't prolonged periods. Very quiet and beach was pretty. "

"Hacienda Santa Rita was the perfect place for our family of nine, spring break vacation. Plenty of room for everyone with ensuites for each bedroom. A well-equipped kitchen with a huge dining table close by. The tv room was great for the kiddos when they were resting from the heated pool activities. Tremendous views from every room. The Fresco market was convenient and Costco/Walmart not too far away. "

"Overall a stunning hacienda. The views were spectacular , seeing hump back whales daily. The pool and hot tub great. Access to the beach more challenging however there is a beach 7 minutes away with parking,snorkeling and safe swimming. Always good to be aware of strong currents . There are lots of stairs at the hacienda so it worked well with my grandchildren 9-12 but younger ones would need supervision. Had no use for the fireplace, weather was perfect, rarely used the air conditioning. An amazing meal was prepared by Elba with lots of leftovers. Snorkeling with the whale sharks was a highlight for all."

"We had such an amazing stay at Robert’s property! We could not have asked for a nicer trip and thought the house was perfect. The location was great, the house had absolutely everything we needed and the views from the house were unbelievable. We will definitely be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ventanas! The house was immaculate, the views were gorgeous, the private beach nearby was a favorite of the kids, and Carlos was always readily available in case we needed any help or had questions. Would absolutely recommend to others looking for a private villa in Cabo. My one recommendation for other guests would be to make sure you rent a car to make it easier to get around for quick trips like groceries or just going down and up the hill to the beach."
