"This house was perfect for us! We had 7 (5 adults, 2 kids). Everyone had their own bedroom and en-suite bath. House layout was great and we cooked and played games in great room every night. Heated pool and hot tub were great and view from cliffs above the sea was wonderful. Midway between Cabo San Lucas and Cabo San Jose, so options both east or west and we used both. A large modern grocery store is 10 mins away and has everything. If you are looking for a large, private, pooled place with a view near any activity you choose, this place is perfect.We did not need much management assistance, but it was there in an instant with the couple calls we made.A 10/10 experience "

"Staying here was a wonderful personally curated experience. Beautiful property, exactly as pictured. Staff were wonderful….very attentive and helpful. Concierge was very helpful in assisting us with logisitcs and activity planning for our family of 14 people. Chef and food were amazing!! Would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall beautiful resort with stunning views and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the variety of amenities, including the re-purposed tennis courts into pickleball courts. The restaurants were average and prices seemed high, even for resort pricing. We stayed at the Baja Point and most amenities were located at the Westin next door, which required quite a bit of walking. The beach is beautiful to walk on, but you should definitely not swim in the ocean from this beach. "

"Beautiful view but much older and dated than expected. Shower doesn't drain well and room despite being very clean was very musty, had to air it out every time we didn't prolonged periods. Very quiet and beach was pretty. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ventanas! The house was immaculate, the views were gorgeous, the private beach nearby was a favorite of the kids, and Carlos was always readily available in case we needed any help or had questions. Would absolutely recommend to others looking for a private villa in Cabo. My one recommendation for other guests would be to make sure you rent a car to make it easier to get around for quick trips like groceries or just going down and up the hill to the beach."
