The house was immaculate, the views were gorgeous, the private beach nearby was a favorite of the kids, and Carlos was always readily available in case we needed any help or had questions. Would absolutely recommend to others looking for a private villa in Cabo. My one recommendation for other guests would be to make sure you rent a car to make it easier to get around for quick trips like groceries or just going down and up the hill to the beach."

In several phone conversations he answered all our questions, offered advice and the contact for his property manager. He wrote careful and precise information about route to the house, all the equipment, things to do, and emergency numbers , The house is in flawless condition, the ample furnishings comfortable, the views of the Pacific magnificent, the swimming pool and hot tub spotless. The community is gated and guarded. There is a short drive to a private communal beach. He was not exaggerating about watching whales. The second night my wife asked about strange sounds outside- was something wrong? Next day we saw whales breaching and recognized their slappling sound from the night before. An ideal Mexican property."
