"One staff was rude. We got there early so the room was not ready. They asked us to come back at 3. We came back at 3 only to find out the room is still not ready. I complained and she got really nasty and rude. The other staff came to straighten things out. rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok. "

"We arrived early for check in but the hotel was very accommodating. They had one of the 2 rooms ready so allowed us to check in early. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were so helpful. They assisted in arranging a taxi with a wheelchair ramp when we were checking out which was not an easy task but they called numerous companies to ensure that we were able to travel to into the city. This is my second stay at the hotel and I would not hesitate to use again. "

"Just returned from 4 nights at the hotel, we stayed in the terrace room. Lovely stay, room nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful and the hotel is within walking distance to all popular areas. Large terrace and modern bathroom. Would happily stay again if returning to the area."

"Lovely breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed. Great location! Oh, and lovely reception staff. Drainage in the shower and sink in my bathroom was not great which meant the shower overflowed. Also quite a noisy road, but earplugs worked brilliantly!"
