Kitesurfers and windsurfers flock to the Sea of Cortez beaches where consistent winds create perfect conditions from November through March. Hike up to La Ventana's scenic overlook for panoramic views, or join locals at beachfront seafood restaurants serving the day's fresh catch.
We only stayed here one night, was a last minute getaway. The place was exactly what we needed and wanted after a stressful week. We really liked the quiet time when they turn all the lights out and you can relax in the pool and enjoy the stars. We had a few well made alcoholic beverages and the food from the restaurant was delicious.

This trip has been one of my favorites in my life. I’m so happy I got to stayed at ChangoMango. Everything about this stay with them is unforgettable. My best part. Having the swimming pool less than two meters away from my room. Love it !

Daniella and staff made the stay very enjoyable. From check-in cocktails, to breakfast burritos, to having the chef prepare our fresh caught fish for dinner- everything was amazing!!

I don’t know we went during down season after the hurricane and had some of the best survey actually one of our best meals right there at the hotel. Laid-back experience I would plan to know what you’re doing doing during the heat of the day. The yards are intolerable to stay inside of, but why I guess would you when you have the beach right there we spent most of our day on the beach, no complaints.

Pepe was so helpful making sure we were taken care of on the beach and with the amazing camp fire on the beach. We were lucky enough to see baby turtles and make friends with the resident cats

This place is located very remotely at the end of a barely driveable one-lane dirt road, one hour from the nearest city (La Paz). It is truly in the middle of nowhere. Great for hiking, nature walks in the desert, horseback riding, snorkeling, fishing, and being alone on the beach. Nearest shopping is an hour away, except for a small gift shop at the resort. Built in 1948 and supposedly the first resort hotel in Baja California. Price is relatively high considering the facilities, but includes...
