"Poorly staffed. Sheets were dirty with shoe prints and took an hour and a half to get new sheets and then were told there were no more comforters. There was also burn marks on the pillow cases and floor. Not to mention we were not told about the 6-8 police officers standing in front of our door due to some issue. None of my business but I felt that we should have been told prior walking up to our room. Sketchy place overall. Multiple police circling the building all night. Breakfast was very disappointing. Hot food options were chicken and turkey sausage and an omelette with ham, cheese, and veggies. No hot food that was accommodating to vegetarians other than a bagel/toast, potatoes, and oatmeal. Would not recommend!!"

I made plans for my wife and i to celebrate our anniversary and our new bundle and Rachel made it a perfect stay from help setting the room up to making us feel welcome upon check in i definitely appreciate her for all she has done going above and beyond.
