"I booked through Expedia and i found the communication from the hotel to be great. I received a text explaining how to activate shuttle ride from the airport, along with explanation on where to meet the driver. I will say they might need to update those instructions as it was slightly different than what desk clerk told me when i called to let them know i had arrived. I appreciated the text. They have a 2am cancellation policy but continued to hold my room which was much appreciated considering there were other people also with travel delays with no reservation that they could easily have given my room to for a higher price.
