"The room was spacious and comfortable. Comfortable beds allowed for a great night’s sleep. Bathroom was big. You actually could get a hot shower, nothing like the 120 degree water heater settings in some places. Bathroom not at clean as expected as some hair and stains on the wall near the toilet were observed. Workout room was great, functional, top of the line ellipticals and treadmills. Property was clean and well maintained. Good location, north side of Elkhart. You can request in-room coffee makers as I prefer to get coffee in my room when I wake up instead of only in the breakfast bar area as in-room coffee makers have disappeared from the rooms. Breakfast was great, filling, real food and options changed daily. The only thing that I was disappointed was with the cleanliness and sanitary measures in the breakfast bar area. I stayed several days and noticed on each day the container that held the ketchup had the same egg pieces in there the whole time I got breakfast, which was a bit disappointing and concerning as it signified not being cleaned. I was also a bit disappointed that there were communal containers that you had to touch like the milk, which I wonder how many people have touched that container and whether or not the milk was fresh each day and the container cleaned or just refilled when the milk got low. I know it might not align with sustainability endeavors but you should still keep guests health and sanitary measures in consideration when providing food."
