"Everything about this hotel was great. The room and hallways, breakfast area were clean and well maintained. We stayed here before a cruise. The hotel has a shuttle to the cruise terminal for $10 per person. Every person who worked at this hotel was pleasant and courteous. Every person! The breakfast was marvelous, well stocked and delish. Luz worked very hard to keep everything in the breakfast beautiful, kept cleaning and help guests. She was amazing. Friendly guests, an easy walk to restaurants, shopping area, Publix, Starbucks, 7-11. "

"The are is quiet The staff okay, they are not very helpful The room, the floor of the bathroom was dirty, I saw that there was pee from the Guest that was before me and in the room area there was hair. But everything else is okay"

"Great Staff, Friendly and Helpful, Only Downside was that Swimming Pool was out of service and had to go use the one from a different property that was made available for us to use by the Hotel"
