"Pretty solid place to stay for an overnight. The pictures definitely make the place look newer and nicer. However, the rooms are clean enough and have what you need. Staff and location were good. Pool area is very small. If you're a hotel eater breakfast seemed to have options. For what we paid it was a fine deal. "

"My room was clean and the staff were friendly. This hotel was fine for the purpose for me. I had a one night stay in Miami before another flight and just wanted to shop etc. I arrived at 10 am and had emailed previously requesting an early check in about 2 weeks in advance and then again few days prior without reply. I arrived at 10 and my room was ready at 2 pm. I found this frustrating as I was leaving the next morning at 730 am They also tried to charge me 2 times for this room which was pre paid via Expedia"

"Could have been better - I did not find staff particularly welcoming or at all informative at check-in. I was not informed that if you don't ask for your bed to be made daily, it won't be. One day I waited way too long for the elevator to stop on the 16th floor and ended up taking the stairs down. I don't believe the pool was open for any day while I was there.
