"Staff"

"Staff was very friendly and gave suggestions about the area. Parking was great and secure. Our room was comfy and quiet especially after a long drive into town. The food buffet was good and they have a make tour own waffle station that my grandson used both days. We didn’t get to utilize the pool or gym, but if we come again for a longer stay I'll make sure to use them!"

"The bathroom ceiling is peeling, the toilet looked clean but discolored due to needing a toilet replacement. The tub needed updating. The inside of the tub was old looking from wear and tear, the ceiling over tub was peeling, the tub faucet was loose from the wall, when I turned water on in shower, the water sprayed outside the tub instead of coming out evenly. Some of the walls in the hall on my 4th floor seemed to have plaster and no paint. I was told by front desk they were in middle of remodeling the rooms, but when I stayed at the same hotel more than a year ago I was told the same thing. I had to request a fridge when I checked in which took approximately 3 hours. Thankfully, I didn’t have any issues with staff or breakfast. I give the hotel a plus for free parking. I did however was looking forward to having breakfast in my room and was told by I would have to pay extra due to breakfast being buffet style."
