It took over an hour for her to respond and all she could tell me was that she couldn't get ahold of her handyman. After 2 hours of waiting with no update from the handyman, we left. "I visited Nottingham virtually every week for nearly 2 months and always chose the Lace Market hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable, if they are on offer chose the suite for added luxury. The breakfasts are really good and is great to have plated service. The only negative is the air conditioning can be temperamental."
