Great breakfasts. Clean room with everything needed including hairdryer and large closet with drawers and hanging bar. Friendly and helpful people. Simon is very helpful and cooks well. Lovely stay as always

Was a wonderful stay for my wife and me. If near Cambridge you must stay here. the breakfast was to die for.. Excellent that is :-). And the owner was amazing - helpful, friendly, and the room was beautiful and clean. Hope to return in a few years!

Always a lovely and quiet stay. A great place to relax and recover after a long day

I saw a lot of mixed reviews online... but people need to consider this hotel JUST opened! And, it's opened in an up and coming University neighbourhood... not all the apartments in the area are full yet, and people are still not traveling as much as they used to. So for me, this place was perfect as I was simply traveling through, I was able to find a parking spot easily over night, and the hotel and surrounding area supplied everything I needed. Very pleasant hotel. Fantastic food and service. Only gripe was that the weather was hot and there is not AC in to rooms, but a fan is provided and that made the night ok

Spacious rooms with relatively new upgrades to be sure — so no complaints in room experience. Staff are absolutely wonderful, too. Please note that the property is a dated 1990s layout and architecture and styling. It’s all in serviceable, acceptable condition — just a few decades dated.

Wonderful, tastefully updated property. No detail has been overlooked. Host is very friendly, although a bit too much though. He was very kind, but some people just prefer to be left alone.

Wonderful stay at old manor house now run by University of Cambridge for conferences with great breakfast. Great place to unwind!

Nice place to stay

Hosts were very accommodating and the location was perfect to visit family and friends . A walk to the village shop while having the river so close were ideal. We hope to make it back soon.

Excellent modern property. Not real easy to get to reception area if you’re driving. A bit confusing when you pull up and it’s a busy corner to be confused.

The staff of the hotel were phenomenal. The food served at every meal was delicious. A highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable, clean, updated B&B in a beautiful small village just a few miles from Cambridge. Very welcoming owner and great made-to-order breakfasts. Definitely recommend.

A lovely local place to stay with king size beds, air conditioning, mini fridge, morning coffee, fabulous showers, high ceilings, a great staff. All tucked away behind an outdoor area and a wonderful traditional English pub.

Driving from Liverpool to Cambridge, decided to stay just outside of Cambridge to avoid driving / parking in Cambridge, which can be quite challenging. Staying here was an inspired choice. The hotel is very adjacent to the A1 and A14 roads, right next to the Huntingdon Racecourse. The hotel was excellent in every way and was excellent value.
