Our only problem was finding it, since there were no signs to identify it. However, when we called from a nearby 7-11 they came promptly & we followed them by car & we were only a half block away. The room was comfortable & modern with a small balcony but no ocean view (we weren't expecting one) but not sure if the 3rd floor would or not? There is a HUGE...

"We found this place purely by its location - a quieter part at the southern tip of Kenting. The place is nicely done with a roof top balcony (one can get access to 24 hours with free tea and coffee facilities) with a pool and amazing view to the sea. We stayed in a beautiful room with great sea view too. The lady who was dealing with us is very friendly and helpful. Knowing that we have travelled for while, she let us used their laundary facility so that we can refresh our stock. "
