"Great location, close to all attractions but far enough away to get away from it all. Right on the beach, great pool and hot tub. Only two negatives was for room 1703, the beds was hard and needs replacing, the hot water in the shower takes awhile to get hot and then it isn’t lasting, showers had to be quick. Overall, it was a great stay. "

"There were too few elevators for the number of condos on site. Air conditioning in condo would not go below a certain degree. The temperature was not comfortable in the room. "

"Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until...

"The condo is very inviting and comfortable. It was very clean and smelled clean. The balcony view was amazing. It’s in a busy area but it’s still quiet and serene especially at night. The parking was chaotic due to unforeseen closing of parking areas by the city last minute. The lady that I was in communication with about the situation that was over the condo was very nice and went over and beyond to help. I would stay here again. "

Oceanfront Panama City Beach Condo w/ Pool Access

Perfect getaway

"It was a beautiful condo. 12th floor and a great view. Bring your own beach towels and chairs. The TV in the bedroom is not connected to the provider. The tub does not have a plug, and there’s no way to get ice. I was going to purchase an ice tray and forget. Overall it was a beautiful property. I highly recommend The Summit. "

Bike weekend

"Great little Mom & Pop hotel still managed by it's owners. The rooms are always clean, great Old Florida atmosphere, property was quiet at night, even with the Biker groups that were there. Perfect spot close to the sand and water, still fairly priced, plus Charlotte and Lori go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. I hate to leave a good review because I'd like to keep this place a secret for as long as possible. "

Just what we needed

"Second floor, never needing the elevator was a plus. It's off to the side so no noise from the pools. Apppliances and beds were just fine, and included supplies were communicated ahead of time. The resort staff were friendly, and it was great to walk right out onto the beach. "

"Condo was nice. View from the balcony was beautiful. Location was great. Away from the hustle and bustle at the other end of the beach near peir park but still pretty central to everything. "
