"Upon arrival, the woman working was very dismissive, spoke very little to us while processing the check-in, was rolling her eyes at other guests in the area at the time, and provided minimal information when handing over our room keys. Upon entering the room, everything looked "ok" however as the evening went on, it was clear that was not necessarily the case. While they did appear to be clean, the sheets were very worn. The bathroom had what looked like eye lashes and beard hair on the walls and in the sink, and the shower was not clean! There was hair around the edges making it hard to even kind of enjoy a shower after a day of traveling. The tv in the room did turn on, however there was no signal available. When brought to the attention of the woman at the front desk (the same woman at check-in), her response was "are you on the 4th floor" to which I responded "yes". She continued with, "oh yeah I'm aware"; no solution, no additional information as to the "why", and no sign that there was any intent to fix the issue. We were told breakfast is available starting at 6:30am. At 6:45am everything was still roped off and no food was out. Because we were in town for a marathon that had a specific start time, we were not able to wait any longer for a bite to eat beforehand, which was part of the reason we chose to stay at this location. Overall, it was very disappointing and will make us think twice before choosing another Comfort Inn and Suites location."

"When we checked in the gentleman helping us was anything but a gentleman. He was rude and not helpful. When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you booked through a third party app. We finally went to our room to find it to be filthy. The bathroom had hairs on the toilet and a long black hair and dust and dirt on the hand wash container on the wall. I have photos. We left for dinner and a show and came back deciding to make a cup of tea using the hot water in the lobby but the hot water was not hot. We decided to make tea in the room but the keurig was filthy and obviously had not been cleaned in a long while. I have photos. I intend to write a complaint to Hilton Corporate."
