Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. The breakfast was very good as was the dinner (maybe a little less salt) The staff, especially Pascal, the person serving dinner Sophia? and the person serving breakfast and at checkout (sorry didn’t get her name) were very helpful and friendly.
