"I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had."
