"Staff good, Bar Great!!, Clean Room , dinner at restaurante took way too long and really needs to work on quality of the sides but steak was good for the price. Breakfast I wasnt able to get"

"The place is beautiful. The staff is very slow in restaurants. We didn’t get the night service in the room for 2 consecutive nights even though I requested it. Beautiful property but the service isn’t Banyan Tree standards. Very disappointing compared to other hotels of this chain. "

"I was first freeted by Javier at the reception desk! Great guy with awesome customer service skills! Made me feel seen and welcomed. Took the time to answer questions about the area, about restaurants, events, and places to see. Although it was his job to check us in, he went far and beyond with sincere conversation and making sure we are comfortable. This place is perfect! My 11 yr old son was like, "dad, I like this hotel best cause it feels like we're home and people wave at us and talk to us like they know us." He isnt easily fooled. This will be our place to stay upon our return to Ensenada."

"There was no water to shower or to go to the bathroom. The staff said the water would be off for 20 minutes. The next day people were taking water from the pool to flush the toilets. The place is run down and the pictures they have don’t reflect how it looks. They have appliances pulled apart laying out in the open. The pool equipment was thrown on the ground. Don’t stay here. No staff between 10pm and 8am."
