"As expected for motel 6. Suitable enough, no frills star if you want or need to be budget conscious. Location was close to restaurants and grocery store. IHOP Nextdoor if you like it. Thermostat didn’t work so was cold. They tried to fix it but didn’t. Definitely could have had a better clean. I recommend bringing your own pillow case and sheets!"

"On arrival the room wasn’t fully clean. There was debris under every table/piece of furniture. The conditioner in the shower was completely empty, the toilet handle was broken, there was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door, and there was no newspaper or kindling for the fireplace just big logs. The staff attended to the toiletries and fixed the toilet while we were out. They said they’d bring newspaper or kindling and never did. The ski shuttle was cancelled on the one day we wanted to ski so we drove ourselves instead. The pool wasn’t heated to 90 as advertised. Overall it seemed run down and promised services we paid extra for weren’t available. The location is great, nature surroundings are great, and the hot tub was nice. I don’t think we’d stay here again for the price we paid given the lack of cleanliness, upkeep, and amenities that were promised and not delivered on."
