"The complimentary breakfast would probably be a complaint, not that there was much to complain at advertised as it was said. You got bagels, the eggs were kind of nasty. The sausage roll is nasty.Then, I get like oat milk and little things like that.So other than that, if I had a complaint overall, a really great helpful staff"

"great location, easy to identify the building. Room was clean and bath robes where a nice touch. Didn't like the prepackaged ice in a plastic bags in a freezer. Why should ice be prepackaged in plastic? Then it turned out to be a solid block frozen together and when trying to break it apart the thin cheap plastic bag aways ripped apart with ice everywhere in the room."

"The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is no elevator but, the desk clerks are more than happy to help. Super comfey beds. We just added another night 'cause these folks are so nice. Thanks!"
