"Hotel was a good ways off Soi 11 in Sukhumvit but still a great location. Plenty of food options, everything is walkable. Train drops you right at the road to walk down. Only problem is in a weekend when the club next door lets out its a problem the streeta become packed and can be hard to get transport."

"This is an incredible hotel and one of the best experiences for a hotel in south east Asia. The standard is five star plus and being new the rooms are luxurious. We had a family suite and it had double aspect views and was incredibly luxurious (toilets with heated seats, jacuzzi bath, beds that are top end). The check in was the best I have experienced in any hotel and I have travelled the world to many hotels. (thank you Trainee) The games room for the kids was super fun, staff really friendly all over the hotel and the sunsets from the infinity pool were gorgeous. This might read overly positive, I am normally critical but this hotel is exceptional and a fabulous place to go back to after sightseeing in Bangkok."

"Excellent location, good service staff however is it not a good hotel for business travellers. The standard rooms do not have a wardrobe and a small study table. The music is always blasting can’t find a quiet place to work. Children were all over the place. Sleeping in the cafe, in the gym, running and playing in the lobby."

"My personal experience in this hotel was like anything I've experience in any other hotel before, Its a 5 start and more, the breakfast was really awesome, for me was like breakfast-lunch do to a variety of options, the staff is one of the most professional and courteous i ever encountered, my room was spacious, spotless, and had a very comfortable bed, bathroom amenities was very convenient, hotel is attached to a mall, location was good closet to many restaurants and train station.
