"A quick stop-over so didn’t use the restaurant, but was all set up for breakfast when I left and looked great. Hotel room had tea, coffee, etc and all was clean and well-presented. Hotel receptionist was welcoming, friendly and informative. Would stay again."

"Staff a little inexperienced and robotic. No chef at breakfast, so a reduced menu. Food mediocre, badly cooked. This area needs serious attention. Only 1 out of 10 specials available at dinner. Annex room #32 suitable for guests with a disability, bathroom enormous but very spartan, some guests might object, but we were only there for 1 night. Hotel should provide a refund for not providing a cooked breakfast option. A sausage on dry bread doesn't cut it! No milk in room. T. Austin"

"The hotel is beautiful with excellent staff members who can't do enough for you. The restaurant food is lovely and the breakfast included is such good value for money. Everyone was very happy on the business trip. One only issue is the guest Wifi is quite weak from the upstairs rooms so had to come to the bar to do some work. Thank you Himley House for an amazing stay!!"
