"The house had cockroaches and bugs all over it. The kitchen was dirty and unwashed the same for the fridge and there was rotten meat in the fridge giving off a horrid smell. We rented the whole house butbthe owner was still there and refused to leave. He also told us "no noise after 11" we didnt stay the full time and had to leave. I am requesting a full refund "

"Once we opened the door, we were welcomed with a refreshing fragrance! The house was clean but the shower cubicle could be cleaner. The beds were comfortable and we had 6 beds for a family of 5! The kitchen was well equipped with a working fridge/freezer and microwave, which we used. We did not use the kettle, toaster or cooker but they were available. "An early phone call on the day told us that there was a problem with the toilet flush! But the host was very amenable in giving us the choice of having the house next door instead if we wished. On arrival we chose the original booked house as it had a walk in shower rather than bath and managed to make the faulty flush system work. The communication for key code details was supposed to be 24 hours prior to check in but was only given on the morning. This did not give a feeling of certainty but...
