"Our stay at The Grand hotel was spectacular. The staff were very considerate and helped us with every query we had during our stay. We were staying to celebrate our anniversary and so we were met with a bar of chocolate and a lovely note from the hotel on arrival. The room was also cleaned to a very high standard and we also got a great view of the city. The Grand made our stay even more special, and I would definitely come back to stay again. "

"We booked a club room, the room was clean, but outdated and needed refurbishment. Other than that the hotel was conveniently located in the centre of town and well managed. The room had good views of the city/surrounding water ways. we had access to club lounge where they served dinner canopies, the food was delicious. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties. Highly recommended."

"I stayed here for a short break with my 7year old son, and would come back in a heartbeat. He has a dairy allergy, and we were treated amazingly by Anoushka, Sophie and Gigi, who went completely out of their way to accommodate him without me even needing to ask, which is so unusual and made him feel so special and welcomed. The room was lovely, the bed amazing and comfy. Location is great even for the maze that is Brindleyplace. A great stay for
