"The apartment is nice, but you have to go to a shop to collect the keys which is a 15 minute walk round trip with your luggage to get them and then return them at the end of the stay. I am sure a more local solution could be found. Apartment was fairly clean, but some big cobwebs e.g. near the plant in the lounge. They could do with looking at how much crockery and glass wear they have as it is certainly not 6 of everything, glasses particularly. We had to go find the bedding for the sofa...

"The Hyatt is our preferred hotel in Birmingham. For us the location is excellent. The staff are mostly helpful. It went through a bad stage a while ago but has vastly improved recently.
