"Excellent staff, decent location. Our first two nights of a three night stay were faultless. On the third a wedding party arrived and the noise from the neighbouring room was astounding. They were not shouting but “drunk loud” and the inter room soundproofing was found out badly. Shame really. "

"I had to move rooms as the toilet seat was broken but the receptionist was very helpful and it was not a problem. My second room was comfortable, clean and all amenities were working . Breakfast service was excellent. Great location to all inner city amenities."

"Really lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Rooms are nice and simple, although rather hot and unable to cool it down during the night. But saying that didn't spoil the stay. Location is perfect for the city centre and parking at the NCP was right around the corner and good price "
