"Lovely stay but the only issue we had was the booking was for 3 and there was only 2 glasses and mugs and likewise only enough tea and coffee etc for 2 so that was not very good."

"Though the check in was slow as there were not enough staff to cater for the number of people wanting to check in, the overall experience was fantastic. We got a double double room with two large double beds and a separate shower and bath. The room itself was huge and had ample space. This was complimented by a lovely room service menu which we took advantage of plus breakfast in bed through their continental breakfast programme. A wonderful stay and we were certainly surprised by the luxury! "

"Great stay in great location, easy walking distance to city centre, with loads of bars and restaurants on your doorstep! Hotel was great, staff were very polite and helpful and breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice! Car park discount given with booking and safe secure car park next to hotel. Will definitely stay here again "

"Great price no frills hotel rooms are very dated especially the bathroom and toilets in the room. It is fine if you just need a place to sleep for the night but i would not choose this hotel for a romantic or lesiure break. Its bit the sort of hotel you what to have a lay in. As we work up we just wanted to shower and leave. Staff were friendly and great at what they do. Lunch in the bar and parking was great. If I were ever in Birmingham agsin and just needed a place to lsy my head o would return. For anything above basic I would not."
