"The Hyatt is our preferred hotel in Birmingham. For us the location is excellent. The staff are mostly helpful. It went through a bad stage a while ago but has vastly improved recently. Room size is good. The bathrooms are a little dated. The view from the rooms is superb and we always pay more for a room on a high floor. The breakfast has long been excellent.
