"The Hyatt is our preferred hotel in Birmingham. For us the location is excellent. The staff are mostly helpful. It went through a bad stage a while ago but has vastly improved recently. Room size is good. The bathrooms are a little dated. The view from the rooms is superb and we always pay more for a room on a high floor. The breakfast has long been excellent. The staff are now also excellent. Not so great they have removed berries from the buffet, however when we mentioned it they said we only...

"Property was clean and tidy. Staff were all friendly. Only 2 minor things to point out. 1 bedside lamp in the room was covered in strange brown stains. And the shower could use an extra grab rail as for those with slight mobility issues could slip on the wet floor as the nearest rail is more than arms reach when stepping out of the shower. Breakfast was lovely, and much better than other local hotel alternatives. Would stay again. "

"Although the hotel is fine and the check in and out service was excellent, the hotel itself still has a bit of an 80’s look to it. No air con in the room but that wasn’t an issue as it was around 16 degrees outside. Maybe different in the height of summer."

"Comfortable stay with a good breakfast in the deal I booked. Having stayed at the Cube before we knew what to expect. Snacks in the room no longer part of the deal. I would say the rooms need an update starting to look tired now especially when new hotel have opened in Birmingham , so unfortunately this will not be our first choice."
