"It’s attached to the Mailbox Birmingham, including the parking beneath, so makes it convenient when driving there and close to almost everything great with the Birmingham city centre. Great service by the warm and friendly staff and liked that there was outdoor seating (limited) at the front with a view to some of the city. Great for that ice cold pint of beer!! :-) If and when I’m back in Birmingham, probably my first choice or among my preferred choices. Ah, Malmaison are also a pet friendly establishment too, if this helps. "

"Really nice hotel, check in was quick and efficient. They allowed me to check in early without any fuss. Lobby itself has a coffee shop and a bar which is nice. The regular rooms are of a good size, beds are comfy. TV allows you to connect your phone to it, which is great as many hotels restrict this. Plenty of teas and coffees in the room. The only real downside I found during my stay was the shower head didn’t want to stay central and would’ve liked a little more heat from the shower. Otherwise it’s a great hotel, everything is super close and walkable. Would stay again"
