"I stayed here for a short break with my 7year old son, and would come back in a heartbeat. He has a dairy allergy, and we were treated amazingly by Anoushka, Sophie and Gigi, who went completely out of their way to accommodate him without me even needing to ask, which is so unusual and made him feel so special and welcomed. The room was lovely, the bed amazing and comfy. Location is great even for the maze that is Brindleyplace. A great stay for Sea Life Birmingham and the Lego discovery centre. Please pass on my thanks to the people mentioned above, they really made the stay memorable for my son, and deserve so much praise. "

"Great stay. Staff were sensitive to the fact I was travelling with a child during a busy event and put us on the upper floor (away from noise). I wouldn’t stay in this area at a weekend with children though as it’s surrounded by nightclubs. Great breakfast, catering for my gluten free requirements. Lifts were confusing though - unsure whether all lifts were for guests or service. Spent a long time waiting for lifts!"

"Nice Hotel with Lovely Grounds, in need of some maintenance around the hotel and rooms. Bar staff and restaurant staff friendly, however on both nights food did run out with limited option on the buffet. As a resident you still have to pay to use the pool every day, facilities were good."

"We booked a club room, the room was clean, but outdated and needed refurbishment. Other than that the hotel was conveniently located in the centre of town and well managed. The room had good views of the city/surrounding water ways. we had access to club lounge where they served dinner canopies, the food was delicious. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties. Highly recommended."
