"Wir haben für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) ein Zimmer gebucht, haben jedoch ein Zimmer mit nur einem Doppelbett erhalten. Als ich nachgefragt habe, wusste natürlich niemand Bescheid, da dies sonst die Zimmermädchen machen würden. Die zwei unfreundlichen Damen haben dann zwei weitere Damen gebeten, das Sofa zu beziehen und Decken/Kissen zu bringen. Das klappte dann auch, während wir das Abendessen eingenommen haben. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed.
