"Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was in addition. Location is prime. We had no issues in the parking garage but it is tight getting in. Area is walkable to many restaurants and right across from the square. Staff was friendly and helpful "

"The desk staff, Jessica, was very pleasant and got me taken care of very quickly. She has the perfect personality for the job! Airport shuttle was critical for me and the drivers were both on time and that was appreciated. Bed and pillows were super comfortable!!"

"The breakfast was great. I enjoyed the salmon eggs Benedict and , a rarity, an excellent cup of tea. We did experience inadequate water temperature for bathing at night. A storm knocked out the elevators on the day of our departure so we were delayed because we did not want to carry our luggage down 11 floors. We were eventually rescued by staff who took us down in the service elevator. "
