"Best location on Matosinhos. 1-minute walk to Sul Matosinhos metro, 5 minutes to the beach, and plenty of restaurants and good groceries around. Chsrming property. The walls are pretty tin and staircase is squeaking a lot. temperature control goes random at time and door locks are tiny. great housekeeping service. Overall i recommend and will consider booking again."

"Room was clean, but very very small. Location is in a residential area up in the hill and not in a walkable distance to main attractions. You definitely need uber, your own car or be knowledgeable to public bus. Room windows were towards a high traffic street. The mattress was in poor conditions, it was all inclined towards one side, like sleeping in a hole. "Check-in was easy with 24h reception. Pedro, the owner is a cool guy, offered me a glass of Porto wine and upgraded me to a bigger room. The rest of the staff doesn't exactly shine in smiling but all good. Room felt clean, spacious and seemed recently renovated. Bed and pillows were super comfortable (if you like them on the harder side like I do) and the bathroom is small but essential and pretty clean.
