"Our stay at The Madrid Edition was fantastic. The staff was warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, which made our experience feel seamless from check-in to check-out. The hotel was impeccably clean, and every space felt thoughtfully maintained. The food and cocktails were vibrant, creative, and absolutely delicious — a real highlight of our stay. The only downside was the spa; it was consistently fully booked, and we weren’t able to secure an appointment during our stay. It’s unclear if hotel guests receive booking priority, which would’ve been helpful to know in advance. Otherwise, everything else exceeded our expectations. "
