"A lovely stay, hotel was beautiful and very comfy. Room had air con which was easily controlled. Breakfast was a little pricey but there was a good selection. Hotel was clean with lots of areas to sit and relax, plenty of options to eat outside. Location was good and only a 15 minute walk to the Bullring, taxi rank close by for trips further afield. "

"Really good stay! Great bar service and super quick food, luggage storage was a help on our last day. My only gripe is the pillows are really thick so if you hate your head being really high up, bring your own thin pillow!"

"Great stay. Staff were sensitive to the fact I was travelling with a child during a busy event and put us on the upper floor (away from noise). I wouldn’t stay in this area at a weekend with children though as it’s surrounded by nightclubs. Great breakfast, catering for my gluten free requirements. Lifts were confusing though - unsure whether all lifts were for guests or service. Spent a long time waiting for lifts!"
