"Bottle caps and cigarette butts all over the ground outside the front door that is broken. Used charcoal dumped out next to the front door. The storm door is broken. Coffee maker doesn’t work. AC filter needs to be clean. The water filter needs to be changed. The oven dial is unreadable. Ants everywhere. I guess I should have known at that price. "
