"We loved our stay the Hay Barn. Perfect size and location for our family getaway. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The area is a firm favourite for us, plenty of lovely towns and activities to do . We would definitely rebook in the future."

Comms with owner none existent other then a couple of automated messages once I had paid. Not enough towels within the property for all guests no hot water for washing up asked for assistance from owner message never acknowledged. "Just what we needed for a short stay visiting family in Newcastle under Lyme. So kind of the owner to provide fresh milk and tea and coffee and biscuits plus toiletries in the bathroom. Comfy beds, cosy living room and well equipped kitchen. Only lack was no freezer so couldn’t re-freeze our cool box blocks but to be fair listing does say this.
